Sorry.....yes I am taking a b-complex from Roex. Roex is a supplement company that has very good quality supplements. I like their acidopholus as well.

I am switching to another one though because I don't think it is doing its job. I am adding the one that Dr. Brownstein recommends. I know I am in a hypo state right now so I hope that will help things!
