Yes cougar, you are right so I will start by using a username instead. Makes life easier you are right. Not sure i like my name though was hoping to change it but I ll stick with it insrtead. I am no longer just #137093 from now on!

Now #88964 I am not sure what supplements you were taking or not taking? If i read your post right, you were not taking Vit Bs? or just not B2 and B3?
