My face responds best to fasting and a diet with No processed foods, meat or dairy. It doesn't seem to matter what soap I use, tropical agents never did much for me. If I eat perfectly right my face will be nice, but if I have a slice of pizza etc. my face will defiantly break out the next day or so.
