Some on the Iodine yahoo group put a spoon of it in their morning coffee. I first saw that and my reaction was "yuck!" Then I tried it. Even with stirring it really good, some settles at the top. But I've noticed that when I do it, it fills me up and it is several hours before I am hungry. I haven't tried it in black coffee, I like mine sweet with half and half.
