Yes, internally. You have to make sure the brand you are using is high quality to be taken internally...the label should read 'Therapeutic Grade' or say GRAS (generally recognized as safe). My body said to take 8 drops twice a day. I did that for a while and then added a third dose and have seen wonderful results when other remedies failed.
