I got some bee pollen from my local flea market from a bee keeper for $11 a pint .. also got some honey

my husband takes 1 tsp pollen every day for energy and he says it helps him a lot

I tried 1/2 tsp and done alright but when I upped it to 1 tsp it gave me a very bad headache for hours .. so I dunno if I took too much too fast or if it isnt for me
