My top 3 favorite supplements are:

DE in all water to build up joints, hair, nails eic. and kill parasites

Curcumin (turmeric) capsules as an antibiotic and to cure everything

And pao d' arco boiled 20 minutes with elderberries added at the end as a wonderful antimicrobial tea.
