I buy those same caps too. I split them into the small empty caps (iherb sells those too) or regular size 0 caps, depending on the dose needed. When you pour the powder into empty caps make sure you tap it firmly before measuring how much you have. I have split one cap in 4, 8, sometimes 16, or I measure the amount of height of powder in units of 1/32 of an inch.
