Thanks for sharing such helpful thoughts on anger, etc. Since I have been on
my healing journey with much cleansing, etc., I have made great effort to focus on
being positive, being happy and healing others. I also recenlty read Dr. Laura
Schlesinger's book Bad Childhood Good Life and have even felt more freedom
since reading it.
