So wikipedia is a reliable source while people who actually use raw honey aren't? That's bogus. I don't care how many articles say that raw honey is just sugar. It's a LIE! I know for a fact because I actually consume raw honey and my blood Sugar is stable when I consume it.
As if some money-grubbing doctor is ever going to tell you that a natural substance can take the place of a handful of pills. If you're not going to think for yourself, the least you can do is stop listening to doctors and wikipedia monkeys who recycle outdated advice.
And of course there's the idiots that don't know the differenc between "raw honey" and that crap on the shelf at Wal-mart. I could fill a book with the crap they don't know.
Stop being cheapskates and go to a health food store. Buy raw honey. The label should state: Raw honey, unpasteurized, unheated, unprocessed, unfiltered. If it doesn't mention all these things, it's NOT raw!
