Are any of your lymph nodes swollen, suggesting there is a backup in the system? Herbalists generally recommend an extract of red root for inflammation of the spleen. Secondary flushing choices would be cleavers, burdock root, calendula. You'll need to find the cause if it's the spleen. Most often around our neck of the woods, lyme disease is the cause.
