I eat oatmeal daily(steel-cut) love it. You posted a while back, somewhere that oatmeal is good for binding with some nefarious substance and assisting in it's excretion. Could you reiterate? Just one of many threads I've lost track of...

And, do you soak the grains with a bit of ACV?
