In a very short reply; mainly that the biggest issue is Alchemy or Aluminium, most of what is detailed is a result of that and of course going above 72 grams of carbs per day...

But can you really talk about Human gut flora if you exclude the entire yttrium bit? More important, can you talk about this while excluding the BioW critters that cause nearly all these issues?
