My primary reason for posting that was the activia info- I know a gal that eats that stuff daily- activia "light", which contains aspartame.

I told her that Aspartame is a neurotoxin, she replied that she did not care as activia keeps her regular! She also stated that the activia gave her headaches at first! She's gotten "used" to it now though...

I guess that now she's used to the feeling of Aspartame frying her brain.
