Hello!

I have a question regarding the apple pectin, which is part of the IF#2 Formula:

According to what I had assumed and now quickly researched, apple pectin is some sort of compound extracted from apples. - And that would strictly speaking make it an unnatural substance.

Ever since Uny has opened my eyes to what real natural healing is, I have become very consequent about avoiding anything even slightly unnatural. Uny, if you remember, even a few months ago(when I had already been a member of this forum for quite a while)I had decided to take "Allimed - extracted Allicin" for my skin infection. - You did not really like me taking that, since it was unnatural. At that time I was not as consequent yet as I am now (I wouldn't take it again). --- Uny, big thanks for getting me to 100% natural!

So what should I do about the apple pectin now? Couldn't I just replace it with apple juice or ACV? Or should I take it? No concerns with it like with the downsides of Vitamin C for example?
