Thanks Hanna for the info. It's so weird to have this kind of thing without any pain, which, in my past life, this always accompanied some kind of pain, you know? I'm so jazzed. My stomach is much flatter, and any bloating I've had is totally gone. I really need to lose a lot of weight, and I did this for detox only, but the side effect is fabulous.

I was going to do a colonic this week (my first was last Tuesday) but I think I'll wait till next week right after my next liver flush. Want to see how far this Oxypowder goes on it's own!

This forum is fantastic. I think it has saved my life.
