Just wanted to add a note that bananas were, in fact, not fine for me. It took about 2 weeks of a no-fruit, meat-based diet before I could truly get out of the candida rut I was in. A few days ago, I reintroduced bananas and felt fine. But only a few bananas a day, at most.
