I don't know, but it answers the question I've always had, 'how do they eat all that and stay so healthy and happy?' The people in here, including me, have a deeper problem with food than just physical.

What we think, and therefore what we feel, really affects our life in more ways that we realize. People get what they believe. That's called creating your own reality.

It's a lot deeper than the physical, and needs to be experienced. It can't be seen, read or told, but hearing it can lead to a desire to know what's true.

The more I learn the more I know I don't know anything. I don't think we're capable of knowing truth.

But, I know it's not physical.
