sm....It's good to see you're sticking to your Guns, and doing it your own way.
I favor a diet of Green Smoothies, combining a little Fruit with Greens, and prepared in a Vitamix Blender.
Tonya Zavasta starts each day with a tall glass of Vegetable Juice, and a handful of soaked Cashews.....WY
P.S. I practically lived on Carrot Juice years ago, but have gotten away from it. It became too laborious, plus having to deal with all that pulp.
