As far as a lifestyle on a day to day basis i believe the juice fast is better. On the other hand a Water Fast is better for you but you cant last that long on it? Whats the longest you have been on a water fast? I juice fast and eat maybe 2 to 3 meals a month tops. The rest of the month besides the 2 or 3 days i juice. Juice fasting has changed my life
