i was maxing out with l-tyrosine at 3500 mgs twice a day.i read thats about the limit too what you can take.i don't think iam gonna be taking anymore though.i have to get myself to quit the coffee and cigarettes.this will be the 5th time trying to quit.lol.its hard but if my adrenals are really bad,it will give me more motivation to quit.its just hard since once i quit,and the stress comes i go back to cigarettes.

that gaia herbs adrenal health has Ashwagandha in it.it also has really good reviews for it.
