The idea of sulfur supporting the liver is so general that it doesn't make any sense. Sulfur exists in almost all foods. DMSA and ALA also have sulfur too. Supporting the liver involves avoiding toxins and taking things that help your particular liver issues. Mercury toxicity causes all sorts of idiosyncratic liver issues and one size does not fit all.
