J, I'm not being uncaring or I wouldn't be wasting my time talking to you.  I'm sorry that your life is such a mess right now, but there are proper steps to take to head you in the right direction.

Have you been to your healthfood store for suggested qualified practioner?

Why not do that NOW and be ready to make calls first thing in the morning?
