This is the basic anyone with our kind of health problem should take.
If you want more info on dosage and other stuff I highly suggest you read the myhill book on chronic fatigue. You can get it for free on her website, it is well written and has very good information.

If you have intense candida and stomach issue I suggest you had the d-ribose after the coq10 and carninite when you feel a bit stronger.
