I have been juice fasting since i was 21 years old. I am now 25 and am still juicing. I eat maybe 2 or 3 meals a month and the rest of the month i juice. Since i have been on the juice my mind is much more clear and my health is great. Most people ask me how i live off only 2 or 3 meals a month, but what they dont realize is that juice is a food. 99% of the time i stick with orange juice but sometimes i will change it up.
