That is great you got stones out. Don't get discouraged. It is like digging through HARD dirt.....you need to just keep trying and trying and you will break through soon.

Liver Flushing does take a toll on your kidneys....Andreas Moritz's book "The Liver and Gallbladder Miracle Cleanse" is AWESOME and he suggests a kidney cleanse Tea.....you can get it all made up from this supplier http://www.presentmoment.com.
He suggests you take it for 3 days after each flush OR for 20+ days after every 3rd flush. Now it tastes NASTY and it does make me a little tired so I take it after every flush for the 3 days.
This book is great!
