Yea I totally agree with everything. I think my elimination pathways ate backed up to, but I'm too fragile for Liver Flush so I'm gonna start taking lecithin 6 tbspn a day in lemon water. Hopefully it helps.

When I eat junk food my ph rises to over 8. Yet when I eat healthy it's acidic usually unless I'm taking minerals. Makes me think ok
Feeding something putting off ammonia which is alkaline?

I just took a couple ornithine an aspartate hopefully it helps. Gonna start my Bowel Cleanse an go from there.
