I can't rmember if oxalates were mentioned in this thread or not.

Eating a low oxalate diet is helpful for many. Examples of high oxalate foods are nuts, seeds (pumpkin seeds), spinach, chocolate.

THe femdophilus really helped me but if I eat high oxalate foods I'll get pain. Ineeded both.
