I would eat next time instead of fasting. Also drink enough water //www.curezone.org/forums/m.asp?f=447&i=23455
I can't even fast after 2 pm and had to change to Dr.Kelley's flush so I can eat the berries/heavy cream at 7 pm. But most people use Hulda Clark 's and are fine, just add the water.
For nausea people have been using ginger with the OO/GFJ.
In 47 flushes I only had trouble once.
