Yes, I agree if Turpentine works, it will work with or without fruit. It would be good to eat fruit though to increase bowel movements (reducing die-off) and better general nutrition.

Dr Daniels also says no meat or oils. I did read a scientific study linking a high fat diet with intestinal permeability, so she may be on to something.
