i noticed a difference when i was taking l-tyrosine with the vitamin c and b complex.i don't think it can heal the adrenals all the way,so i stopped taking it.once i found out my results,ill post them up here cause iam sure ill be just as confused on what is going on.lol.

isocort and vitamin c were the only ones i could really find that i could try besides trying to get something from the doctor.i have Sea Salt and the himalayan salt as well.i started juicing a lot and try to add one of those 2 types of salt when i do eat something.i was also looking into trying gaia herbs adrenal health supplements as it says it helps a lot with anxiety and other things.i might just have to wait until my results come in to actually see where iam at then go from there.i appreciate the reply :)
