After SO many tries.. I think I did about 4 very unsuccessful disappointing liver flushes, I've finally got stones out with last nights flush. I think taking coconut oil before the flush (skipping two days before the actual flush day) was extremely beneficial. I experienced minimal nausea and I actually slept through the night which rarely happens when I do a liver flush.

I'm feeling very weak today but NO MATTER I GOT STONES OUT!

Also, I saw a stone that was caught in a web of mucus-y looking stuff, could it be candida? Is it possible to have candida in your gallbladder?

My kidneys are feeling a bit sore, does anyone have any suggestions for this?
