That's what I thought you meant :) ANY pain is how our body tells us something is wrong somewhere. If we ignore it, it will continue to worsen; if we go to doctors, they'll just 'squelch it' with toxic chemicals (or carve something out).

You're doing great because you're learning how to listen to your body and assist your body to repair itself :)
