So, the colonic really helped? I want to get rid of my little fluid on tummy that I still feel. You had recommended the colic and have been too scared to try it yet. Maybe it would complete this process for awhile, as my last one took two full days to recover from. I have started running again-(today) and am feeling lots better. Any advice and mental preparation?
