Yes, jarrow 5000mcg methylb12 sublingual. Hold it under tongue for at least 45 minutes. Also, make sure to take methylfolate also called "metafolin". Solgar is a great brand for this. Methylfolate is critical because it ensures b12 will work.

Country life active dibencozide b12 actually has much larger effects on me for some reason (also part of freddd protocol). So, I advise taking that too. It is 3,000mcg adb12.
