368.4 today. I'm feeling ok. energy levels are somewhat low, but not where I have to stay in bed. Probably around a 4 but my energy before at my size was about a 5.5 so not bad.

I'm surprised at the ease this is going. My first three days were not as harsh as the other times I've done this. Perhaps I'm just ready for this.

Of course watching mt roommate bake a pizza last night made me go mmmmmmm.
