I agree with the pp about your body adjusting. It took about two weeks for me to adjust. The first week I felt like a brick was sitting in my stomach. I used those fleet supposotories, which helped. You have to drink a ton of water with the DE. The second week, I became more regular and it didn't constipate me anymore. You might want to start off slowly and not take the full amount at first.
