I was plagued with acid for years and had resorted to daily tablets from my doctor but even food like bacon and anything with a slightly higher than normal fat content would still set it off. I was getting really miserable because even beer was a very bad trigger (imagine a Scotsman deprived of his beer !) Since my first flush te acid is gone, I have successfully eaten bacon on several occasions with no acid and at the weekend I had 5 pints of my favourite ale which had me nearly doubled-up previously. NO ACID !

I strongly recommend the flush for anyone suffering from bad reflux. It helped me and in any event I now baulk at the thought of all that crap having been inside me.
