this year yes i seem to have got it all...have had couple of colds that have knocked me down, the stomache virius and now a lost my voice coughing thingy....thought it was just my year to get it all because in the past 7 or 8 years only got ill at the change of season...

now i am so confused though is D bad since it is not a natural supplement? what other ways can one get D besides the sun? I read some stuff on D good and bad just dont know enough about it

I know in the summer i get tons i am outside all the time a self proclaimed beach bum and dont use sunscreen but here in the winter it is cold and dont get out as much
