It will take MAJOR mold remediation work to take care of the problem now. It doesn't sound like your landlord is interested in the least in doing that

If I were you I would move. I would break my lease and move. I'm not necessarily saying it is the "right" thing to do, but I'm saying if I was in your position that's what I would definitely do

But if you do move remember to DOCUMENT everything. Take pictures and movies of exactly what is going on. Take pictures of all mold damage. this is what is going to save you if your landlord takes you to court.

also, remember to get some hydrogen peroxide. It takes at least 8% to do a really good job of killing mold from my experience
