It's a great luxury that we are able to sit and research and read and learn and play with ideas but it's really not physiologically desirable- I'm sure that you know that in your line of work. There have been studies done that show a reduced life span and health problems with the sedentary lifestyle...

And I'm not saying that you are a couch potato! Obvious that you are not! :)
