What I would do is to go on a complete “clean and organic” diet with a very thorough bowel cleanse. I would also drop all the drugs for a while and watch my health.

Further I would use enemas on a very regular basis to keep my bowels clean. You can do colonics in addition. Also I would use coffee retention enemas for my liver. After 1 to 2 months of these changes, I would evaluate my condition and see if my allergies have been  helped.
