I can't remember the color of the stool after the first day. I do pass gas but did not have bowel movement for the last 2 days. I do feel wanting to go but I was constipated and couldn't. I already try drinking apple juice, prune juice and they don't help yet. I don't take other supplements except omega 3 with vitamin D. I checked my blood pressure; its 111/68 which is within my usual range. Should I still drink apple juice and prune juice? Should I stop taking omega 3 oil with vitamin D? for constipation, gallbladder attack..etc drinking it everyday for several weeks. Should I follow this while eating blendly? Any suggestion would be appreciated. Also, I still feel the pulsing occasionally during the day my right abdomen just about 2" below my rib cage.
