how long have you been Iodining?

it is so crazy, I am being stubborn so I am sitting here in my 68 degree home shivering and I refuse to put on more clothes.....ha ha

well, I am probably stirring the pot because my ND asked me to ween off of my hydrocortizone. I have been taking 15mg day for 8 years and now I am down to 2.5mg day

so, my TPA axis is probably wondering what the heck is going on. I have been more tired the past few days. I dropped down to 2.5 mg from 5mg yesterday, maybe I crossed a line, but on a positive note I couldn't really notice any change with the hydrocortisone until now.....maybe I really do have adrenals that are still alive!!!!!

I took another 50mg of Iodoral and we will see what happens.

a week ago I didn't take my Iodoral until just before lunch and about one hour later my body got all nice and warm.....what a nice feeling that was....
