seems like the past week or so I am getting cold again, easily chilled, hard to warm up
whereas before that I was having some times when I was feeling warmer

I am one year into this Iodine journey.
does this seem reasonable?

do you guys just consider this detox too?
I thought I already went through this, so I didn't expect to revisit this......
