Yes, I saw the thing about tea and felt the same thing. I dont take supplements but the real stuff I put in capsules with black pepper.

12 years ago they found a cyst on my left breast and told me I had to have a mammogram every year. I had one the next year and the same cyst was there. I had no knowledge about these things, like I do now. I never ever have mammograms and recommend every woman not to have them.

I went to a talk here in Jordan and I was helping the woman with some natural remedies. She asked me when I recommend woman have a mammogram, after 40 years of age or after 50? I told her never, ever. She was shocked.
