Absolutely loose the seeds, nuts, and, whoa is me, chocolate. (See the tears?) As to alkalizing, some people do better with it, but a friend said it made her very tired and increased her crows feet exponentially...herpes vs crows feet? Hmmm.

What does work, has worked, and is totally working for me was that detox cleanse herpes cure, Resolve Herpes. Strange but true. I've been totally clear since I finished the 50 day protocol seven months ago. Natural minerals which are a little tough on the tummy once in a while and bizarrely the mucus membranes,runny nose on and off, though perhaps not that bizarre as the side effects are supposedly the minerals encapsulating the virus within the cells. Then these are cleansed out. It's truly boffo.
