Well no results. I used 1/2 of oil and 1/2 cup of Lemon juice, instead of the whole 1 cup of Oil and 1 cup of Lemon juice. Was a little unsure the Olive oil and lemon juice would stay down. Went to bed after chewing the Benefiber. Still at 10:30 am nothing.
