My sister is suffering from something similar and I sent her this info that I found.... hoping it may help you as well.

.... there are any number of suggestions (at the link below) - so lots to try out, till you find the right solution for you. There was also one recommendation for massaging the foot with Castor Oil...which sounds GOOD to me! The only "suggestion" that did´nt appeal to me personally was the chlorinated water.
