Jeffrey McCombs is wrong. Fruits will worsen chronic candidasis in almost every patient. Saying that some sugars are better than other while fighting candida is utterly wrong.

If you've cured candidiasis while eating fruits your candidiasis was either very mild or your problem was something else.

I don't know of any scientific litterature advocating fruits while treating candida.
